Quick Start Guide: From Adding Streams to Auto Layout
New to MultiStream Hub? This guide walks you through adding your first stream from a URL, then searching channels, switching layouts, and integrating chat.
More than just a URL input, it is a powerful global search entry.
The icon to the left of the search box switches the source between Twitch and YouTube. On Twitch, just type a streamer name — channels are searched live and shown with their avatar and stream title; click the + beside a result to drop it straight onto the canvas. Ctrl + K or Alt + S focuses the search box at any time.

Type a VTuber or YouTuber name in the same search box to find matching YouTube channels from our built-in catalog. Unlike the instant Twitch search, this matches channels already indexed on our site rather than searching all of YouTube in real time, so a result is added to your favorites instead of playing right away like Twitch. Once that channel goes live, load it from your favorites to watch. If a channel you want never shows up, it simply isn't in our catalog yet — let us know on Discord.
Paste a Twitch or YouTube URL, and the system automatically recognizes and adds the corresponding player or chat.
