Yes, MultiStream Hub is completely free and open source.

No. This is a client-side only app. No registration required. Twitch login is only needed if you want to import your follows (Token stored locally).

Where is my data stored?

All settings (favorites, layouts, theme) are stored in your browser's LocalStorage and IndexedDB. We do not upload data to any server.
